Disney’s ‘woke’ agenda has forced the company to turn back to its old ways by rehiring former CEO Bob Iger less than three years after his hand-picked successor took over.

What does the change in leadership indicate?

Conservative pushback against the woke LGBT agenda of Disney is working. In the almost three years the new CEO has been leading the company, the progressive push through its media entertainment has grown and numbers have dropped.

Earlier this year, Disney kicked its ‘wokeness’ into full gear.

Actress Gina Carano was fired from Disney after she compared the hatred of Jews in Nazi Germany to the way in which people in America are hated for their political views.

As reported by CSG in April, Disney came out in full opposition to Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill, deceptively nicknamed the “Don’t Say Gay” bill by opponents. Disney CEO Bob Chapek originally distanced himself from the controversy, wisely refusing to involve his family-oriented company in a political dispute regarding whether or not young children ought to be exposed to controversial sexual topics in school. However, the company ended up taking a stand against parents.

The company announced that it had introduced a same-sex kiss in the upcoming film Lightyear (an animated children’s movie) and that it intends for at least 50% of all of its future characters to be “LGBTQIA and racial minorities.”

Furthermore, Disney planned to actively support sex change surgeries on children in Texas.

In 2019, Disney criticized a new law in Georgia which made abortion illegal after a heartbeat is detected. “I don’t see how it’s practical for us to continue to shoot there,” he stated.

The list goes on and on.

Disney stocks rose by six percent following the announcement on Monday.

“I think in the short-term, Iger returning as CEO is a safe move that should allow confidence among stakeholders and fans,” Josh Spiegel, an online commentator and leading expert on Disney, said in a message to The Washington Post. “The long-term plans are a lot hazier.”

But even with the former CEO’s return, Americans no longer trust the famous entertainment network. The propaganda push has been revealed and it won’t just suddenly go away.

Parents have already pivoted to new forms of entertainment for their children and have altogether decided to withdraw their support. There’s a growing number of options to avoid woke, perverted content and support for the alternatives is growing.

There’s one thing that’s certain. Pushback, outcry, and condemnation from strong-standing parents with a backbone are making an impact – whether they’d like to admit it or not.
