An alarmingly vast number of Americans are pessimistic about the future of our country.

A recent poll found that nearly 80 percent of American voters say the country is in a state of decline, and that pessimism runs even deeper than the state of our nation overall.

According to a new poll from Convention of States Action and the Trafalgar Group, 75% of Americans are pessimistic about their family’s financial situation heading into 2022.

That includes 81.9% of Independents, 89.4% of Republicans, and a whopping 59.6% of Democrats.

The mainstream media is trying to pass off these dismal numbers as matters of perception.

The economy isn’t really tanking, they argue. At the very least, it’s going to get better soon.

The truth is, as long as Joe Biden is in the White House, our country’s economic woes are here to stay.

Biden’s failed policies have resulted, predictably, in our country’s current inflationary spiral upward. He pumped money into the economy with two massive spending bills and signaled his intention to pass even more.

“Build Back Better” didn’t work out, but the damage was already done.

After characterizing inflation as “transitory” for months (likely at the behest of the Biden administration), the Fed acknowledged reality long after the window had closed for making pain-free corrections. Now their announcements of multiple rate hikes in 2022 are contributing to the slide of a stock market that has had its worst start of a year since 2016.

Supply chains still haven’t gotten back on track, and Biden’s efforts to ease that problem have failed. After gleefully announcing his plan to keep the Los Angeles port open 24/7, The Wall Street Journal reported that the move “barely made a ripple.”

Now, just as the Fed threatens to send our nation into a recession, Biden has announced that he is continuing his campaign to get Americans fired.
