This is both important and good…and therefore largely unreported by the mainstream media.

Saudi Arabia is in the midst of modern reform, and the Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (commonly referred to as “MbS”) is leading a wave of change that is reverberating across the Muslim world.  His bold moves in Egypt are evidence that he is staking not only the future of Saudi Arabia on these changes, but based on history and the particular violent evil of his enemies, his own life.

The American Thinker‘s Thomas Lifson emphasizes how important this is:

It is hard to overstate the significance of a hugely symbolic move by the reformist crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman (MbS).  American media mostly are clueless about religion and lack any understanding of the momentous changes underway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the full support of the Trump administration.  The fact that MbS is reputed to be close to Jared Kushner seals the deal: the mainstream media have little interest in extolling the world-historical transition underway in the nation that is pre-eminent in Sunni Islam, the Guardian of the Holy Cities of Mecca and Medina, and which has been the moneybags for radical jihadists for three generations.

Click over to read about all of recent, encouraging developments.  But as Lifson writes, “Reforming Islam to reconcile it with modern, technological societies based on free will is one of the most important tasks for the world to accomplish.”

In deed.

While the American and entire Western media should be applauding and encouraging these moves, they are largely silent.  That’s because western media writ large has become mostly evil, or at least likely to turn a blind eye to real evil.

They are too busy lecturing us about “white privilege,” or “social justice,” to bother with real news.
