Over and over this thesis is proved.  Now in the UK it has been shown that raising the tax on million pound earners caused 2/3 of them to leave the UK, and cost the government roughly 7 billion pounds in revenue.   No surprises here, except to those who keep trying it, expecting a different result.   Read the story in the Telegraph here.
