Due process?  The Constitution?  What Constitution?  The President and his Attorney General have united civil libertarians on both the left and the right with their outrageous proposition that the President has individual authority to order the assassination of American citizens on American soil via unmanned drones, with no due process whatsoever.  Apparently, there is not even an attempt to cloak this position within the bounds of the Constitution.

Daphne Eviatar, a senior counsel at Human Rights First, said: “It’s hard to see how authorities could not be in a position to arrest someone yet be able to kill them.”

Well…what if they don’t want to arrest them?  What if it’s just more convenient to kill them?

What country do we live in anyway?

If this is not reason for left and right to join together, I don’t know what is.

    Dear Ms. Daphne Eviatar:
    Thank you for bringing this more out in the open. I have been writing Senators since I heard this. I cannot believe that any President in ANY country could be allowed to do this, let alone here. Shows we are all vulnerable. This is getting so far out of hand and people in Washington have been offered proof that he is not even a native born, although they don’t know from where and they don’t seem to even want to look at it. They need to impeach and prosecute to the fullest extent.

    This man is obviously from the Muslim Brotherhood; stealing our money to bankrupt America and feed into the Brotherhood, so they will eventually come into power and world dominance at the expense of all the people worldwide. Also stacking Washington full of Islamic terrorists and has been infiltrating them into our system for many, many, years. George Bush Sr. put the Islam in the schools and took out Christianity. This dominance and deceit has been going on since way back into the 50’s I think.

    What about the fact that he now has control of ALL of our resources, water, food, electricity, communications etc., and this is due to the fact that he gave himself permission to take it all through yet another executive order. Americans, no matter what they’re beliefs are better come together and change the situation or we will see a global meltdown, both financially and morally. I am asking that ALL Americans come together and stop this animosity toward each other or we will not survive. Thank you.
