3. Airbnb accepts anyone, as long as they pay

Diversity was the name of the game with home-sharing rental company Airbnb’s ad. Here’s what the company had to say:

“We believe in the simple idea that no matter who you are, where you’re from, who you love, or who you worship, you deserve to belong.”

The company also announced it was going to start a “short-term housing” program that will help “100,000 people in need.” The first priority will be refugees, but also disaster survivors and relief workers when needed.
