Democrat Memo Leaked: They (Illegally) Won’t Hire White, Cis-Gendered Males

This is interesting. And illegal.

Suzanne Lucas points out that the Democratic National Committee needs some new IT people, so Madeleine Leader — the Democratic National Committee Data Services Manager — sent an email to her fellow Democrats “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they’re already in the majority.”

So…. you can’t do that.  You know all of those anti-discrimination laws that Democrats hyperventilate about all the time?  They apply to liberals too.  Elliott Hamilton has a screen shot of the email.  He tweeted, “This was an actual email sent to insiders within the @TheDemocrats. Note that Leader had her own personal pronouns under her signature line.  Do you ever have a moment when you are really glad not to be a Democrat?  I, personally, would never want to be on the receiving end of one of these email threads… especially since I’m one of those cisgender straight white males Liberals have warned you about.

Identity politics is one of the lamest political developments in recent memory. However, this is actually good news if you are NOT a Democrat.  Conservatives can rest assured knowing that the Democrats are not hiring their best and brightest. Rather, they are hiring people who fill out certain demographic requirements…  which means that not only could they be in legal trouble, they’re in practical trouble as well.

Imagine if you have a plumbing problem only hiring the plumber that favors certain sexual practices.  Good luck with that, Democrats.
