They’re no longer teaching anything on university campuses. It’s around-the-clock political correct insanity.

For years, now, campus feminists have argued that men need to take more responsibility for sexual assault instead of putting the onus only on women. The cry has been, “Instead of teaching women how to prevent rape, just teach men NOT TO RAPE.” Fraternities have taken note, and some have even organized events to raise awareness, but when they do, they’re chided for their efforts. But such is the case with liberalism.

This just played out on the campus of the University of Arizona. According to HeatStreet, the Upsilon Alpha Chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity (AEPi) organized a “Walk A Mile In Her Shoes” event where the men show up and March in high heels in a concerted effort to raise awareness and hopefully prevent sexual violence against women. But just four days before the event was to take place, the director of UA’s Women’s Resource Center, Krista Millay, contacted AEPi philanthropy chair Jack Kaplan to inform him they were canceling the event because they felt it was “sarcastic…, homophobic, transphobic, and sexist.”

Kaplan had reached out to the women’s center with a formal invitation to the fraternity’s first annual event telling them, “As an organization, we respect, acknowledge, and genuinely appreciate the efforts that your group makes and we would like to help your cause.” But Millay, on behalf of all feminists on campus, said the event would have “no positive impact on anybody in any community” and said it sounded like Kaplan was “begging to be thanked” for organizing the event. Kaplan said he was referred to as a “Fratboy” in the process. That’s not very PC coming from a progressive that decries sexism.

But then again, who can keep up when the rules change on a daily basis.

If anything, this progressive lunacy is creating a hostile environment for men, as Instapundit noted:

It’s almost as if their starting point is reflexive hostility toward fraternities, and men in general. Why are they receiving state and federal funding? I hope the Trump Education Department will investigate what clearly seems to be a hostile educational environment for male students.

Here’s an idea: How about professors get back to teaching the students instead of cultivating social justice warriors?
